How to Use the Meritain Health Provider Portal?
- Go to meritain.com and select “Login” under the Provider section
- You'll be directed to account.meritain.com where you can log in or register.
- Enter your Username, click Next, then enter your Password and click Login.
- On the login page, click Register, choose Provider, then provide your Tax ID, NPI, practice name, address, and phone number
- Confirm your practice info, create a username, set a password, and choose a security question
- Agree to terms, submit the form, and wait for credentials via email.
- Once logged in, you'll see tools for eligibility & benefits, claims history & EOBs, forms, and more.
- View claim statuses, explanations of benefits, and member accumulators like deductibles.
- Access downloadable forms, predetermination requests, ID cards, and plan documents from the portal.
- Always sign out after each session to protect patient data and maintain HIPAA compliance.
